WE ARE SEARCHLIGHTS, WE CAN SEE IN THE DARK Gotta get the muse flowing somehow hehe When Lexie received the letter informing her that she had been chosen to be a prefect she had jumped for joy. She had ran down the hall into the living room and had given her parents hugs, much to their confusion. She had been hoping to be chosen after all she had worked so hard these past few years to be a great student both in and out of her classes. Holding the letter in her hand announcing that her hard work had indeed paid off had her smiling all month.
Even now that she found herself patrolling the hallways late at night she found herself proud of her badge and the duties that came along with it. Proud but tired, the teen held her sleeved arm to her mouth trying to muffle the yawn that had escaped her. The year had just begun and already she felt the pressure to keep up with school, her prefect duties, and the OWL exams. So much to do so little time. Thankfully, it was almost time to turn in. The teen stretched her arms as she made her way down to the ground floor towards her common room.
It seemed she wasn't the only one with the same idea of heading back. "Find any troublemakers tonight?" she grinned at the female Slytherin Prefect.

the fragile always fall apart Every time Lorena did her rounds at night, she felt at ease. For one thing, she could get some time away from her house mates and think about things in her life, like her parents and what she wanted to do after school ended. She knew she had two years left, but she needed to plan out how to escape her parents and their ways. Another thing that was great was that she got to let her guard down a bit. There were usually no students around during the nightly rounds, so she didn't have to worry about putting on her fake persona. Lorena sighed heavily as she walked down the hall, trying to distress herself. The stress of hiding who she really was, was starting to slowly eat at her. However, she knew, now more than ever, she needed to keep her facade up. Tensions were high at Hogwarts and people were divided more than ever, and she couldn't let her guard down whatsoever. If she did and if people found out that she actually didn't care about blood statuses or how she didn't hold herself above anyone else, she would be killed not only by her parents, but by the group of people she associated with. And by killed, she knew it would be literally and figuratively, and she was not ready for that. While she was invested in her thoughts, she heard a voice, but because she was so busy thinking, she couldn't hear who it was, so it caused her to stiffen, wondering if she had to be mean Slytherin Lorena or just normal Slytherin Lorena. Slowly, she turned around to see who it was and immediately sighed in relief, seeing that it was Lexie, her best friend. Well, more like secret best friend. Lorena didn't hang out with the Hufflepuff in public, due to Lorena's position and reputation, but she actually got along really well with the fifth year. Lorena felt like she could be herself around Lexie, which was a huge relief and completely took so much weight off her shoulders. It felt... nice, to be accepted and Lorena trusted Lexie completely. It took a lot of trials to get Lorena to trust the Hufflepuff girl, but she did, eventually, and she was glad she did. "None tonight." Lorena reported. "But if we actually tried and put effort into our rounds, we might find some. But who has time to actually try?" She joked, shrugging nonchalantly.

I do my best but I'm not going to actively seek out troublemakers." The last thing the petite brunette wanted was to be at the end of a spell that would leave her probably frozen, or in pain... or both. Sometimes it was hard being a Prefect, especially as a fifth year. The upperclassmen didn't take you as seriously as someone from their own year and even the fourth years wondered why they should be bossed around by someone who is just a year older. The only ones whom seemed to truly respect them and be in awe were the tiny first years.[break][break]
Oh how she loved first years.[break][break]
"I didn't see anything strange either. I guess the cold is keeping everyone in their beds tonight." the teen shrugged. She had begun feeling chillier just standing in one spot, walking during the patrol definitely helped to keep her warm. She couldn't imagine how much colder it'd be when the weather turned to snow. "We should patrol one last time as we head down." she added, leading them through the ground floor. Who knows, maybe they would catch someone breaking curfew... or get spotted by Filch... [break][break]
Hopefully not.[break][break]
Lexie turned her head in all directions making sure the coast was clear. "How are you doing?" she asked the Slytherin, "truly." she added. She knew about the situation her best friend found herself in... well mostly. Lexie knew there were some things Lorena probably couldn't tell her about. She definitely was not in the easiest of situations which made her feel kind of helpless to help her friend. The least she could do was to make sure the Slytherin knew she had someone to confide in. No one should have to be alone in these times.[break][break] [attr="class","iconieno"] [attr="class","tagsieno"]@tagged [newclass=.biggieno]margin-left:-300px;[/newclass] [newclass=.textieno]margin-top:-425px;margin-bottom:150px;width:300px;height:400px;padding:10px;background-color:#fff;border:solid 1px #b7b7b7;color:#939393;text-align:justify;overflow:auto;margin-left:610px;font:11px calibri;[/newclass] [newclass=.textieno::-webkit-scrollbar]width:10px;background:#fff;[/newclass] [newclass=.textieno::-webkit-scrollbar-thumb]background:#b7b7b7;border:2px solid #fff;[/newclass] [newclass=.iconieno]margin-top:-240px;margin-left:-220px;margin-bottom:50px;[/newclass] [newclass=.tagsieno]font:11px calibri;color:#b7b7b7;margin-top:-75px;margin-left:-75px;margin-bottom:40px;[/newclass]

the fragile always fall apart Lorena nodded, agreeing with the Hufflepuff student. From what Lorena knew, most of the older prefects didn't really go looking for anything. They just did their rounds and tried to keep their eyes down to avoid doing more work for the night. Even though Lorena was tired when she finished her rounds, she still at least tried her best. She didn't want to do more work and find people out past curfew, but at the same time, she didn't want to be known as the prefect that let anything slide, especially with her her standing in the Slytherin house. She couldn't be easy on just anyone. "My motto is, if I didn't see it, it didn't happen." Lorena said, commenting on her friend's statement about the troublemakers. "The smarter they are with not getting caught, the easier our job is." She added, stretching her arms up to get rid of some tension. Patrolling one last time seemed like the last thing Lorena wanted to do, but still, she knew she had an obligation to fill, so she nodded with exasperated sigh. "Okay. One last round before I get to go to my bed and sleep." She commented before following her friend's lead. The further down they want, the colder Lorena got. For some reason, she always felt like it was much colder down in the Slytherin Common Room, so she always had to make sure she wore socks to bed along with a sweater during the winter. Sometimes she woke up sweaty, especially if the fire was on in the common room, but it was better to be safe than sorry. When Lexie asked how she was truly doing, Lorena immediately felt something twist in her stomach. She knew Lexie was just trying to look out for her, but Lorena felt guilty knowing that she had to hide their friendship just to make her parents happy. She hated that she couldn't just live her life the way she wanted and just be friends with Lexie. Her whole situation was just so complicated. It sometimes made Lorena wish that she was just born the daughter that her parents wanted or that she was born to different parents. She hated lying and she hated being conflicted within herself. All she wanted for this inner turmoil to go away, because it was slowly driving her mad. "Well, I'd be lying if I said I was good." Lorena said honestly as she looked ahead. "You know my parents, holding me to a standard that I can't live up to and them being disappointed if I am not exactly what they wanted to be. The usual." She shrugged, trying to joke about the situation. "What about you? How are you?" She asked, looking around the corner to see if any students were up wandering around. "I didn't even get to ask how your summer was."

Even in her short term as a prefect she had gotten in trouble a few people. Those who wanted to be show offs in particular. They were never safe, or quiet, or subtle. They were the easiest to spot and also came in quite the number. Then there were those who bullied others, to be truthful Lexie felt indimitated by a few of them but she would have to find a way to deal with them once the time came. It was only a matter of time. [break][break]
The brunette laughed, "It shouldn't be too long. I think our beds can wait a little bit longer." As much as she wanted to go back to her warm room she knew if they didn't go she would lay in bed feeling as if she had shirked on her duties. That was one feeling she hated immensely. [break][break]
Lexie sighed, just as she thought. Even if they couldn't always talk she always kept an eye on her friend. Lorena was good at putting up the front she needed to keep up but Lexie could tell something was off. The shorter girl wrapped her arms around Lorena's arm leaning into her briefly. She hated feeling helpless, but what exactly could she do when all the life she had grown up in the non-wizarding world. The teen rolled her eyes, "You are waaaaay to good for them, they're the idiots who can't realize that. It won't be long until you're an adult and can leave. Until then I'm afraid you're stuck with me!" she reassured before letting go of the other's arm.[break][break]
The Hufflepuff hummed. "I've been good, there hasn't been much going on, to be honest. Summer was really boring." she laughed, "I didn't really go out much. I did ask my parents about my biological parents but they didn't really answer anything... It was kind of strange actually." she added. Thinking back, her parents had acted strange when she mentioned her biological parents. They had gotten quiet before responding but somewhere in their vague response, they had changed the topic. She had not noticed at the time but now... [break][break]
"I wonder why they don't want to tell me." she wondered out loud.

the fragile always fall apart Lorena couldn’t help but agree with Lexie. Ever since Lorena became a prefect, most students she busted for being out of their beds were students who thought they were so slick and couldn’t get caught, when in reality, they were blatantly obvious and could get caught by even the youngest and inexperienced of prefects. “I think thinking is something that is difficult for that particular type of students.” She joked, smirking a bit. “Most of them don’t even think their plan through and are so loud that we can hear them from across the castle. I mean, geez, at least try." She added, shaking her head in disbelief as a small laugh escaped from her lips. “I’m not sure my bed can be without me too long.” Lorena replied in a hyperbolic tone. “My relationship with my bed has been kind of rocky lately and I want to be home at an appropriate time so I can tell it how much I love it.” Lorena giggled at her own joke, but she actually couldn’t wait to get back into her bed. She couldn’t wait to get under the warm blankets and fall asleep, where she didn’t have to worry about anyone or anything. All she had to do was sleep and dream of a life that was much more different than her own. When Lexie showed a bit of affection towards Lorena, she couldn’t help but stiffen. It wasn’t because she was disgusted by it or didn’t want it. On the contrary, she actually felt happy when Lexie wrapped her arms around Lorena’s arm; she just wasn’t used to it. Her parents rarely showed her any affection and if they did, it was mostly just a pat on her head or shoulder that lasted only for a brief second. Now that she thought about, Lorena couldn’t remember the last time her mother or father even hugged her or said they were proud of her. It was foreign to her, but it was still nice to receive some affection for someone who cared about her and she felt it deep inside her that Lexie cared about her. “Stuck with you?” Lorena repeated. “I think I should just go crawling back to my parents now, then.” She joked before nudging her friend playfully. When Lexie started to go into her summer and how she asked her parents about her biological parents, Lorena raised an eyebrow. “They didn’t tell you anything?” She repeated before moving her lips to the side in thought. “Well, coming from someone who is pretty experienced in family drama, maybe there is something deeper that they are hiding?” She suggested. “Not that I am calling your parents liars or bad people or anything like that, I just mean, maybe there is something they are covering up?”Before Lorena could add anything more, she heard a loud laughter, causing her to stop in her tracks and hold an arm out to stop Lexie from continuing as well. “You heard that?” Lorena asked lowly, making sure her voice wasn’t heard by the unidentified person who laughed. “Let’s wait to see if we could hear if it is a student or not.” Lorena recommended, trying to keep her and her friend around the corner so the person who laughed didn’t see them.

She couldn't help but wonder why they would keep secrets in the first place. Ever since she could remember her parents had instilled in her that honesty was a powerful, and good trait once could have. She had always tried to be as honest as she could with everyone, inclusing said parents. So why were they all of a sudden being so secretive? Maybe I'm gonna send them a letter or something. she thought to herself. The teen pushed her hair behind her shoulder, this was something she could deal with later. As much as she wanted the answers she definitely did not want to cause a rift between them.[break][break]
Lexie snapped out of her thoughts when a loud laugh burst through the otherwise silent halls. She stopped in her tracks after bumping into her friends outstreched arm. "I do. Guess this ends our quiet patrol." she mumbled, moving closer to the wall so they would remain unseen. The right thing to do would be to see what the indivial was up to even if it meant having to lose sleep to deal with it. She knew it was risky to try to take a peak, if they were seen whoever was in the corridor would run faster than one could say "Quidditch". "Good idea. Hopefully, it's just one person laughing at themselves." the Hufflepuff whispered. Facing even one wrong person made Lexie nervous but one person would be a lot better than facing a group of students. Or even a student and Peeves, that was one combination she did not want to meet. Ever. the fragile always fall apart Lorena scoot herself closer to the wall to remain unseen from the culprit of the laughter. She knew that she couldn't just expose herself and announce that she was a prefect. If she did, the person or maybe even people could run off quicker than she could say 'what are you doing out of bed?', which would make everything worse. So, Lorena stood quiet, trying to identify something about the laughing person. After a few seconds, the laughter died down and Lorena was able to hear two people talking, and by what they were saying, she knew they weren't students. They were talking about how fun and easy it was to be out of bed during the late hours; oh how naive of them. Lorena went to go reprimand them, but quickly stopped herself. What if these students were from her house and what if they saw Lorena with Lexie? What would they do? Would they think it's weird that a Slytherin like Lorena was with a Hufflepuff or would they think it was normal since they were both prefects? Lorena bit her lip, trying to quickly think of a solution. She knew she couldn't just abandon her duties as a prefect, but she had big consequences on her hands depending on what house the students belonged to. Though she was worried, Lorena finally thought of a plan, so she turned her head to Lexie. "Let's do this, you peek to check out who it is and if they try to run, I'll have your back since they won't know that I'm here." Lorena suggested, her tone still soft so she couldn't be heard. On one hand, it did sound like Lorena had her friend's best interest and was going to back her up no matter what, but in reality Lorena knew that if the students were Slytherin, she would have to either not show herself or pretend she just happened to find the group and treat Lexie like she wasn't her best friend. Either way, Lorena didn't like the predicament she was in, but she hoped that the students were anyone from anything but Slytherin.

The plan was sound. Lexie was glad she wasn't alone tonight. She would have been outnumbered two to one by the sound of the two distinct voices. She definitely felt safer and a bit more confident knowing she had such a strong and trustworthy person by her side. Though she did wonder what face her friend would have to play, either way she would have to steel herself for whatever was to come. [break][break]
"Excuse me but you know you aren't supposed to be out of bed." Lexie stated keeping her voice steady. She stepped around the corner making sure they knew she had seen them. That way if they decided to run, they would know she had spotted their Gryffindor Robes. Why they were still in their robes she did not know, guess people really did not think things through at all. The two Gryffindors quieted down but to her surprise they did not run. They didn't move for a few seconds, unnerving the teen. She was about to speak up again when the pair turned towards her. [break][break]
Lexie tried her hardest not to shift under their gaze. Just her luck that they were older. Their expressions quickly changed from disinterest to a grin and a smirk. The taller of the pair hummed, "Isn't it pass your bedtime?" they taunted, causing the other half to laugh. Lexie crossed her arms over her chest, "I'm not playing around. You guys need to head back to bed or else." she replied, hoping they would listen. It would make things so much easier if they listened to her and avoided any other professors that may be patrolling at this hour. "Or else what?" the shorter of the pair jeered pulling out his wand. the fragile always fall apart Lorena listened as her fellow prefect called out to the students. She couldn't hear anything about houses being mentioned, so she still didn't know what house the pair belonged to. However, she did hear how they started to mock her friend when she was just trying to do her job, which caused Lorena to grow worry for two reasons. One, she was worried that something would happen to her friend, and two, she assumed by the way they were challenging Lexie that they were from Slytherin. She was screwed. What do I do? What do I do? Lorena repeated in her mind, trying to figure something out, but not coming up with much. Lorena didn't know that one of the students pulled out their wand, but she still knew the situation was tense based on how they were mocking her Hufflepuff friend. Lorena placed a hand close to her wand, wondering if she needed to step in our not. What if they were just trying to scare Lexie and they actually were just a bunch of cowards? If that was the case and Lorena stepped in, she would ruin everything she tried so hard to maintain just in one night. "Maybe we should see what animals we could turn her into!" One of the students suggested with a loud laugh. "We could turn her into whatever we want!""Or maybe we should make her teeth big!" The other student added, laughing along with the student. "It should be fun!"Lorena grew angrier the more the students kept taunting Lexie. Lorena hated the way they were speaking and even if they were Slytherin, she wanted to really teach them a lesson, but if she did, she knew could get into huge problems with not only other students at this school but her parents as well. Was she ready to deal with her parents? Was she ready for them to scold her for being a ungrateful child and basically hate the way she lived her life? "Let's just bind her so she won't be able to follow and bother us." One of them said. However, before the students could do anything, something in Lorena snapped at their words, so she quickly pushed herself off the wall and quickly revealed herself as she pulled out her wand. "Langlock!" She yelled, casting her spell to the student who had their wand out. "Mmph, rngh, mmph!" The student tried to yell, but it was a vain, for Lorena's spell caused his tongue to be glued to the roof of his mouth. The other student was shocked, but tried to reach for his wand as well, but Lorena quickly pointed hers at him. "Don't you even think about it," Quickly, Lorena looked at the student's robe to see what house he belonged to--a bit of relief washing over her when she saw they were from Gryffindor--before finishing her sentence. "you Gryffindor scum."As she pointed her wand at the other student, she glanced at Lexie from the corner of her eye. "Are you okay, Raine?" Lorena asked, pretending to not have a close relationship with Lexie, even though it was killing her inside to act so distant. However, Lorena turned her attention back to the boys, glaring at them. "I hope you know that you bothering one of my fellow prefects and even though she is a filthy mudblood, if she gets bothered or injured in any sort of way, all of us would be responsible for not doing a better job of making sure all of the students are in bed. Ang guess what? That will be more work for me and another headache. So, I suggest you two leave now before I not only turn you in, but before I treat you like the scum you are. Now, get. Out. Now"Lorena felt horrible for being mean to her best friend, but she knew that if she were to act like she was defending Lexie, it would be Lorena's funeral.

Dueling was not her strong suit, not at all. She was ready to jump out of the way but the Gryffindors began taunting her once more. Okay, Lexie think of something. Langlock[break][break]
Lexie let out a soft, relieved sigh. Lorena had chosen a great time to jump in and surprise the pair. It was also an effective way. Something she would have to remember for the next time she found herself in such a situation. The brunette was not surprised at all at her friend’s sudden change in demeanor. She understood why it had to be the way it was.[break][break]
”I’m fine. Thanks.” she stated. At this moment she wasn’t Lexie Raine best friend of Lorena. She was Lexie Raine, prefect with no relationship to the Slytherin other than sharing classes here and there. She rolled her eyes at the usage of the word mudblood. Visibly placing a very annoyed expression on her face so the pair could see. [break][break]
“I’d take her offer while she’s being lenient.” she suggested, hoping that they would actually listen this time around. The houses had reputations and well… she hadn’t heard great things about the Slytherin prefects. Maybe this would be the push they needed. Any more commotion and it would be very likely they would be attracting the unwanted commotion of a professor. the fragile always fall apart As Lexie spoke to the two students, Lorena continued to glare at them, her gaze not fazed in the slightest. She wanted to make sure that they knew she wasn't joking around. She wanted the two students to believe that she would make their lives a living hell if they continued to cause anymore trouble. And apparently her little demonstration on one of the Gryffindors and the words of the two prefects sunk in, for the trouble making students left running without even attempting to fight back, much to Lorena's relief. When she knew they were gone for good, Lorena immediately let out a breath she was holding, glad that she didn't have to do anything else to the previous students. Immediately, she put her wand away and looked at her friend. "Are you really okay?" She asked, her true concern for her Hufflepuff friend present in her tone. "If they ever try to give you a hard time or something you let me know, okay? I'll handle them." She warned, her sincerity still showing. Though she didn't want anyone to get hurt, Lorena knew if someone was bothering her best friend, she would really have to pull out her other side to handle them. Though she wasn't a mean person by nature, she knew how to stand up for herself and the people she cared about and she definitely knew how to hand her wand, so she didn't think the Gryffindor students would ever be a problem for her. Lorena frowned slightly as she thought back to her encounter with the students. She hated that she felt obligated to insult her best friend right in front of her; it made her sick to her stomach. She didn't want any of this to happen and yet, here she was, calling Lexie a mudblood right in front of her. As she scratched the back of her neck nervously, Lorena looked away, trying to not look at the Hufflepuff right in her eyes. "Look... I'm, um... well... I'm sorry about what I said..." She apologized before sighing and running her hand through her hair. "You know I don't see you like that and you know I don't and won't ever care about your blood status. It's just... well..." Lorena couldn't find the right way to justify her actions. What was she supposed to say? "Hey, sorry I just basically degraded you in front of random people we don't know. But you know how it is, I have to impress my ignorant parents because they have emotionally messed me up to the point where I feel like all I have to do in life is get their approval." Yeah, right. Lorena could never bring herself to say anything even close to that. As the atmosphere started to grow less tense, Lorena grew more nervous as the time passed. She was now getting hit with the reality that the two students could do one of two things after tonight: one, believe her story on how she was just defending Lexie to avoid herself and the rest of the prefects from getting in trouble for neglecting a fellow prefect, or two, completely ignore Lorena's story and just blabber about how Lorena, a "proud", pure-blood Slytherin defended and came to the rescue of Lexie, a kind, muggle-born Hufflepuff. Lorena clenched her fists, the realization of how messed up the situation can get now catching up to her. "What do I do?" Lorena repeatedly mumbled to herself before bringing her thumb up to her lips, biting nervously into the nail. She didn't know what she was going to do, for she didn't know the intentions of the Gryffindors, but what she did know was that she had to prepare herself for the worse case scenarios.

She placed a hand on her chest feeling her racing heart finally starting to calm down. She turned towards Lorena nodding at the taller girl. ”I’m fine… just feeling wide awake now.” she chuckled. ”I’ll let you know if anything happens.” she affirmed, though it was unlikely she would. The last thing she wanted was for the Slytherin to reveal herself by defending her specifically. If that were to get out… [break][break]
It would not end well. [break][break]
No, the Hufflepuff knew it’d be best to deal with any residual fallout on her own. They were lucky those Gryffindors left without anymore fuss if Lorena would jump in to rescue her again they would know this wasn’t a ruse.
”It’s just… well….”’[break][break]
Lexie shook her head, "Stop that.” she said her voice clear and firm. "I know why you had to say it.” she said, making sure her eyes were locked with her friend. "I know who you are. It’s not fun hearing those words from others but I know you would never intentionally use those words to hurt me. I know you and I know I can always count on you to have my back. As stressful as this was, I wasn’t worried because I knew you were here.” she assured. [break][break]
"You know I’d do anything to help you out. Even if it means letting you spell me if you needed to convince others.” she laughed, trying to ease the mood. "I do appreciate the concern, and honestly, it was worth it to see the looks on their faces.” she said a grin spreading on her face. [break][break]
Lexie sighed, "For now we’ll stick to the story. That you were just happened to come across it, saw they were Gryffindors and wanted to put them in their place. Me being there was just a coincidence.” The brunette twirled a strand of hair, deep in thought. What else could they possibly do except hope that nothing else would happen? [break][break]
"If they do spread rumors we’ll just have to come up with something to make it seem like that was a one-time thing and you don’t like me.” she added thoughtfully. It definitely was not the greatest idea, but it was all she could come up with at the moment, ’even if it means getting spelled’ she thought to herself. [break][break]
"I doubt anything will happen though. They did seem pretty freaked out that they shouldn’t mess with you.” she pointed out, a grin returning once more. She hoped this was enough to distract the worried Slytherin.

the fragile always fall apart Even Lorena was being a worrywart at this point, she couldn't understand how Lexie could be so positive. Lorena was here worrying that someone could not only find out about her secret but also continue to harass her best friend, but here Lexie was, cracking jokes. Still, it eased Lorena a bit. That was one of the reasons why Lorena liked Lexie so much. She was so bubbly and positive and it made Lorena a little jealous, for she wished she could be as carefree as her counterpart, but she was still happy to have someone like Lexie in her life. She brought out the side of Lorena that desperately wanted to be free and even though the pair could only talk for short amount of times, those times were one of the happiest in Lorena's life. When Lexie stopped Lorena's apology, she couldn't help but frown. Lorena felt bad and even though Lexie was saying that it wasn't that big of a deal, Lorena felt like it was. She felt like she was basically putting her friend in danger just so she could continue to live in her lie and she hated it. She didn't want anyone to get hurt because of her, but it seemed like it wouldn't stop no matter how much she wanted it to. Still, knowing Lexie, she wasn't going to let Lorena keep apologizing, so she decided to listen and drop the matter. "Well, for now we should try to forget this happened and hope for the best." Lorena suggested. "How about I walk you to your common room and then we both head to bed? I think we've had enough of an adventure for one night." She tried to joke, smiling softly. "And... before we head out, I just wanted to say... please do let me know if anything else happens, okay? You know I would never let anyone hurt you. I mean, you're my best friend, so if anyone even thinks about trying it, I will definitely make them regret it... so, please inform me, okay?" Lorena knew that she was coming off a bit protective, but it was because she really didn't want anyone else to get hurt (or worse) because of Lorena's own mess. She just wanted the people she cared about to be safe and live their life happily and that included Lexie. From there, Lorena started to walk towards the way of the Hufflepuff common room, playfully nudging her friend. "Hurry up, slow poke, our beds are calling our names." She teased.
